Worth Place Apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a quality king size bed in the each of the three spacious bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms can optionally be configured with two single size beds if required.

The main bedroom has a private ensuite with walk in shower. A second bathroom is also provided.

The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your year round comfort.

  • Large & clean apartment with good sized balcony. 5th floor of 12 floor building, water views. Suitable for a family. 3 bedrooms, 3 comfy king size beds (that can be split if needed). Kitchen well equipped, only lacked a jug or dish to use for microwave cooking. Modern appliances, particularly washing machine & dryer. Location excellent for our needs, walking distance to Civic Theatre. One block from foreshore, beautiful walk. Walking distance to grocery shops & restaurants. Two light rail stops within walking distance.
  • Having to collect keys at an alternate location. Didn't like electric stovetop (too hot so burned food - I have gas cooktop at home) so used oven to make meals.

Very enjoyable stay. We booked due to location - walking distance of Civic Theatre. 3 bedrooms meant 16 year old & 11 year old had a room each and all bedrooms have comfortable king beds. Great for a family - was pleased to see oven had baking trays (we stayed elsewhere recently & there were no trays for the oven & I had to buy one). Good variety of sizes with pots and pans. Three tea towels was more than expected (there is usually only one in other places we have stayed). Ample supply of dishwashing detergent (it didn't bubble well so I bought a different one anyway), spray & wipe in cupboard, modern washing machine & dryer. Attention to details like that make a big difference to me. Suggestion - maybe a Pyrex jug that can be used in the microwave? I didn't see anything that I could use to cook with in the microwave oven. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work properly but it was nice to see the intention was there. There was lots of tea, which I prefer anyway! Will be repeat customers.

It was absolutely great apart from noticing a smell everytime we came back after being out for for a few hrs. It was like stale smoke smell. Even with windows left ajar. But Thankyou so much. It was really great.

Well decorated, very clean, good views, good facilities, convenient location. Parking may be a challenge for people with larger cars.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was very convenient. One parking space was an inconvenience, given there was no alternative for the other vehicle except on the street. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Two very minor things I noticed were: no hand soap provided in the ensuite (only one cake of soap) and the other was cooking utensils, (salad bowl, vegetable peeler, grater, measuring cups, blunt preparation knives). Maybe not everyone stays as long or cooks their meals). However we had a great time.

9.2 / 10 - Amazing Massive Apartment in Central Newcastle

  • Massive apartments bigger than most .. once you find your bearings of where you are in the city, it's so handy to all the good eating places on the Harbour. Has everything you need including a Webber BBQ out on the terrace. This apartment would be great for family's or groups of couples as there are three King beds or 2 kings and 2 singles depending on configuration. The carpark is a little awkward to initially navigate so make sure you have Lauers Lane programmed in your Google Maps. The apartment is modern and spacious and a good Sized TV in every room, the WIFI is probably the best ive had anywhere, easy and consistent, great size bathrooms the master has an en-suite. From Level 5 which is where the apartment is you get a good view and a peak of the sea. Walk 300m across the road towards the water and there's your breakfast, lunch, dinner and Pubs sorted out. The walk to the beach is great I reccommend going up to the fort near Nobbys beach first so you can get a birds eye view of the city and coastline.
  • The windows needed doing kinda spoilt the view. The couch needing replacing and maybe some more cooking utentils, and bowls for the kitchen. Picking up the keys was a mission from another location for long stays I recommend meeting the occupiers on site. Info in the apartment on where to go and what to do in the local area. Maybe even have a guest book so as people can add there adventures so others can do them as well .
